The Estimator will utilize analytical skills to interpret civil plans, complete take-offs using Trimble Business Center - HCE, and assist the Chief Estimator in developing cost estimates and preparing proposals for site work construction projects. Key duties include managing the bidding process for various site packages, evaluating site conditions, and preparing final proposal documentation.

The Senior Estimator will develop detailed cost estimates for complex industrial construction projects, focusing on structural steel, equipment setting, and piping, up to $50 million. This includes analyzing documentation, performing quantity take-offs, and soliciting/negotiating pricing from various subcontractors and vendors.

The successful candidate will perform routine and complex design tasks involving steel piles, steel connections, and cast-in-place concrete slabs. Responsibilities also include assisting with project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, management, marketing, and proposal development.
