Job Requirements
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following Iowa licenses: LISW, LMFT, LMHC, CADC, IADC or IAADC as well as your state of residence. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
- Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
