- 3+ years of pre or post sales experience within the software industry
- 2+ years of demonstrated pre or post sales experience working with enterprise customers
- Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation

- An interest in or previous experience of performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, application, web or mobile, user experience)
- Ability to keep up to date project plans and documentation.

Manage and expand a US and LATAM mid-market book by identifying upsell opportunities, using MEDDPICC for strategic sales, forecasting pipeline, collaborating with Customer Success and Sales Engineers, and meeting revenue KPIs.
