Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role.
- Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations.
- Proven record of managing teams remotely.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high performing global teams.
- Expertise with specialized support hiring.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Experience in multiple industries (hiring for Sales roles, a plus) or matrixed environments.
- Certifications such as SHRMSCP, SPHR, or Global Talent Management credentials.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS).
