Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset
- 3-5 years of development experience with medium to large bespoke developed software solutions
- Agile practitioner - Scrum/Kanban/SAFe environment
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse management operations and Configuration of COTS product
- Knowledge of Labor Management, Engineering standards
- Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.
- Ability to lead and develop medium to large scale features/capabilities working with the product/platform/infrastructure/security teams.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence those around you
- Strong engineering mindset, preferably with full stack experience.
