Role Description
As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will help families secure financial peace of mind through simple, needs-based conversations, all from home.
- 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Dial & book appointments for that evening
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Attend live team training on Zoom
- 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Meet clients virtually and present solutions
Many agents stick to Monday–Friday, but those who choose to work evenings or Saturdays often grow faster and earn more.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to grow
- Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
- Great communicator who enjoys helping people
- Licensed (or willing to become licensed)
- Professional home setup with internet and phone

- Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
