Position Overview
We're searching for a Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager to join our core product (Epic) team. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for a feature area or a product
- Define the vision and roadmap for a feature area or a product
- Identify and define problem statements, leading to research that deepens understanding or validates decisions
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to pinpoint customer needs, product gaps, and market opportunities
- Prioritize and manage the roadmap and release plan for a feature area or a product
- Define product requirements and specifications for a feature area or a product
- Translate findings into recommendations for feature areas or product enhancements
- Create business cases to support feature or product enhancements or new product concepts
- Present business cases to Product leadership to gather feedback and buy-in
- Ensure feature delivery creates a connected customer journey and a phased approach to value realization
- Lead cross-functional teams through development cycles
- Track progress towards milestones, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutions
- Execute user research and testing to comprehend needs and pain points
- Utilize various techniques to explore user needs, gaining deeper insight into the customer
- Communicate user needs cross-functionally to align with feature and product prioritization
- Synthesize market and user data from multiple sources
- Create compelling stories and present to Product leadership to validate hypotheses or decisions
- Communicate feature-area and product values to go-to-market teams
- Define the product positioning and market differentiation for a feature area or product
- Partner cross-functionally to develop new features, feature areas, or products
- Collaborate with Software Development, User Experience, Customer Experience, Go-To-Market, Customers, and Product Leadership
- Act as a mentor or coach to junior product team members, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning

- Can work on a Remote/Hybrid schedule in our Atlanta, GA office

Your experience may include:
- 4 - 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of product management methodologies, industry best practices, and business strategy.
- Experience managing and enhancing APIs that internal/external partners and customers use to integrate within their applications.
- Strong understanding of the content and tools needed by developers to integrate with partner APIs.
- Highly skilled in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities, capable of making decisions that balance short-term results with long-term goals.
- A background working for enterprise B2B SaaS organizations.
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Insurance or financial industry experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ReadMe, Swagger, Pendo, or other related tools.

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $85,000 - $150,000 USD. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
