  • Assist customers with travel inquiries and vacation planning
  • Research destinations, hotels, cruises, flights, and travel packages
  • Provide customer support for travel reservations and itinerary questions
  • Help clients select travel options based on preferences and budgets
  • Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation
  • Stay informed on travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier information
  • Deliver professional, hospitality-focused customer service
