Job Description
• Lead Freenome’s electronic record integration initiatives.
• Plan, develop, implement, and manage support for secure electronic data exchange with partners.
• Drive EHR implementation from pre-Sales support to completion.
• Manage EHR implementation projects with Redox and customer partners to enable bidirectional interfaces.
• Provide customer relationship management and pre-sale connectivity support to enable business growth.
• Support customer success in efforts to help increase product adoption where technology can be used.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of verifiable experience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) program management, healthcare IT, or interoperability solutions in healthcare.
- At least 3 years of this experience should include a customer facing component.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of hospital, health system, and primary clinical care information systems and operations.
- Experience working with Redox.
- Experience managing stakeholders and partners in a complex integrated environment.
