The Jr. Proposal Manager will support the end-to-end execution of government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by creating schedules, coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders, and drafting, editing, and reviewing proposal content to ensure compliance.

The Bid Manager will coordinate all activities for preparing and submitting proposals for the North American market, ensuring RFPs are assessed and responded to on time and to the expected quality. This includes leading the construction of financial offers and technical compliance matrices, writing proposal content, and managing internal governance reviews.

The specialist will develop accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, quotations, and client spreadsheets, requiring coordination with technical experts to determine feasibility and pricing for various testing matrices. This role involves leading or participating in calls with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and clients to ensure proposals are scientifically sound and accurately priced.

The Proposal Specialist will support supply chain-related proposal activities by preparing RFPs for suppliers, reviewing quotations, performing price analysis, and pulling reports for supplier engagement. Key duties include issuing RFQs, analyzing quotes for compliance, supporting proposal efforts, tracking metrics, and generating Basis of Estimates for new business capture.
