Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team supporting a key government program supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs that has the potential to impact over millions of veteran users. You should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
  • Develop and document business process and workflows
  • Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of Experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience)
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Proficient experience in data analysis

Working Conditions

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
