What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
Understand each client’s needs and provide clear, personalized guidance
Explain available life and supplemental benefit options in a professional manner
Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate records using digital tools and CRM systems
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and leadership development sessions
Build long-term relationships through consistent service and follow-through
