What You’ll Do
Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote sales professionals
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients to assess financial protection needs
Guide individuals and families through life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
Support clients through the full enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims-related support
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Monitor team and individual performance using key metrics and reporting tools
Implement and execute sales strategies to drive consistent production
Lead by example through active participation in client interactions and closings
Handle complex client scenarios and support team members in problem-solving
Ensure a high standard of client experience, retention, and follow-through
Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance
Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve results
Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, systems, and team performance
