Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer facing web startup with elite standards
- 3+ years of sourcing experience for web & mobile engineering roles
- Demonstrated track record of identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent in high growth, fast paced environments
- Expertise in creative and strategic sourcing across multiple channels including web research, professional networks, community ecosystems, referrals, and emerging platforms
- Strong data proficiency with the ability to analyze funnel metrics, diagnose pipeline gaps, and adjust sourcing strategy based on performance insights. This role requires using data to drive decisions, optimize conversion rates, and ensure measurable impact across searches
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus!
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
