• Manage and supervise intake attorneys within the firm’s intake department • Review potential cases to verify they meet firm case criteria and guidelines • Provide support and guidance to intake attorneys during client consultations • Handle client escalations and complex intake situations when attorney intervention is needed • Speak directly with potential clients who request or require an attorney consultation prior to signing • Assist in converting qualified leads into retained clients • Ensure intake attorneys are following proper procedures, documentation, and qualification standards • Monitor intake performance and maintain high standards of client service • Work closely with intake leadership to maintain efficient intake operations
