Job Requirements
- 15+ years of CMAR/PDB/FPDB project experience as r, Engineer, Design Consultant, Contractor, Specialty Contractor or related experience required.
- 10+ years’ experience in project and/or design management required.
- DBIA certification or ability to get it within a year required.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
- Highly skilled in commercial partnering acumen, technical acumen, effort development and pricing, subconsultant selection, and project delivery to realize project objectives.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects.
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service to BU and IPD Leadership associated with the portfolio.
- Ability to facilitate delivery team building decisions with all pertinent stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage company-wide technical resources and expertise.
- Ability to mentor the next generation of BU collaborative delivery ready PM, DM, and Discipline Leads.
- Good understanding or ability to adhere to BC’s project delivery standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and competing deadlines.
