• Assist in preparing and posting monthly, quarterly, and year-end journal entries specific to the cost side (COGS and Opex) of the business. Ensure all deadlines are met with accuracy. • Perform high-level reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany balances, and accruals, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively. • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Identify inefficiencies in current accounting workflows and implement automated or streamlined solutions to reduce "time to close." • Support external audit processes by preparing schedules and providing documentation for revenue-related accounts. • Assist with initiating wires and running weekly payable reports. Ensure payments are matched to bills appropriately within NetSuite. • Manage the reconciliation and policy enforcement of corporate card programs. Ensure employee reimbursements are processed accurately and that spend is categorized for tax and reporting purposes.
