• Analyze business needs and document requirements, use cases, and implementation needs. • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing. • Provide training on system functionality and create reporting output. • Collaborate with product owner and development team to facilitate productive sprints, system evolution and upgrades. • Serve as the lead contact between subject matter experts, project managers, and development teams for core business applications. • Align technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. • Manage open issues and system bugs with vendors and stakeholders.
