Job Requirements

- Previous QA or software testing experience
- Must own both iOS and Android devices for testing
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and responsive communicator
- Available during CET overlap hours
- Basic knowledge of Flutter testing (Nice to Have)
- Experience with bug-tracking tools (Nice to Have)
- Basic scripting or test automation experience (Nice to Have)

This role supports the Revenue Cycle Services' Total Quality Management team by performing quality reviews, providing feedback to operational teams, and assisting in the development of Standard Work for team members. The position ensures the accuracy and completeness of clinical medical record documentation and coding related to patient status, care documentation, billing support, and data impact on hospital reporting.
