• Leads the technical design and implementation of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and network security, to ensure the highest level of performance, reliability, and security. • Develops and implements network policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices. • Provides technical leadership and mentorship to other network engineers. • Collaborates with other IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand their network requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. • Develops and maintains network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. • Keeps abreast of emerging network technologies, trends, and best practices and provides proactive recommendations about future state goals and technologies. • Works with vendors and services providers to evaluate and implement new network technologies, tools, and services. • Develops disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the networking infrastructure. • Leads numerous concurrent network projects that improve upon the performance, reliability, and scalability of the network. • Works closely with infrastructure and security architects, network engineers, business analysts, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects and proactive maintenance of the network.
