Job Description

• Drive strategic product initiatives across EZCORP's technology ecosystem • Serve as a senior technical advisor and mentor to business analysts across the organization • Manage release trains that align to the product roadmap • Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance on requirements gathering • Collaborate with business teams to translate market research into product strategy • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility • Develop and maintain standardized frameworks for business analysis • Lead cross-functional product development initiatives from conception through launch • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product impact • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate product strategy • Review and provide feedback on business analyst deliverables • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
7-10 years of product management or business analysis experience in technology or software development environments
Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale products from concept to launch
Strong technical background with ability to engage in detailed architecture and implementation discussions
Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing guidance to junior product managers or business analysts
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, ProductBoard, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus without direct authority
Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
Experience developing frameworks, standards, and best practices for product or business analysis functions
Experience in financial services, fintech, or retail technology preferred
Knowledge of API design, cloud platforms, data architecture, and modern software development practices
Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, SAFe, or similar preferred
