Job Description
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience in process quality, manufacturing process engineering, field operations quality, or similar roles for products that combine hardware, firmware and software (embedded + cloud + AI)
- Proven track record developing and maintaining process artifacts (e.g. FMEAs, installation/commissioning checklists, supplier audits, production readiness gates, and acceptance criteria)
- Strong experience running RCAs (root-cause analysis), CAPA/8D follow-through, and proving effectiveness of corrective actions
- Experience instrumenting and using operations/telemetry data to detect process issues and drive continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with field installs, audits, or supplier site visits — comfortable traveling for hands-on assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present technical findings and risk decisions to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
