• serve as the strategic co-pilot to the President of our Manufacturing ERP business • drive strategy artifacts, unblock execution, and own outcomes • operationalize the President's vision • drive product portfolio governance • build early warning systems using leading indicators • manage the diplomacy and connection points with other Business Units • Proxy & Decision Making in critical meetings • identify where the business is stuck and deploy resources • lead the charge on integrating AI and automation
