Job Description

• The Director of Sales is a key commercial executive responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. • Providing strategic input to new product development, leading product marketing initiatives, and achieving ambitious sales targets. • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with manufacturing to guarantee on-time delivery, and monitoring product quality. • Strong leadership to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Mentoring and coaching team members, setting clear performance expectations, and providing regular feedback. • Leading by example, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a commitment to achieving the company's vision and goals. • Identifying and nurturing future leaders within the team, ensuring a robust succession plan is in place. • Playing a pivotal role in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with departments such as marketing, product development, finance, and customer service to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

  • 4-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or fire services preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide input to new product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
