As a Document Processor, you are a key part of our operations team, ensuring that all incoming medical documentation is reviewed, categorized, and routed accurately and efficiently.
- Review, validate, and process incoming faxed medical documents
- Identify and categorize document types (orders, referrals, labs, F2F, etc.)
- Route documents to appropriate departments for timely follow-up
- Verify patient information within the EMR system
- Organize and manage documents within electronic fax platforms
- Assist with intake calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Communicate with internal teams regarding document discrepancies
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Some college (required)
- Strong computer skills, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Healthcare or document processing experience (preferred)
Requirements
- Remote position (Florida residents only)
- Must live within 30 minutes of a Concierge Home Care branch location
- Monday-Friday schedule | 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
