What you will do
As a Project Specialist, you will serve as the customer-facing technical expert across our products and solutions. You will partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables. These responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing requests, and ensuring all projects are meeting or exceeding the established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards. You will attend customer calls, provide regular updates to customers and internal teams, and work collaboratively to ensure customer success.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000-$81,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
