PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our client, a leading global provider of high-quality food products, including well-known brands and value-added premium products, is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead and coordinate sales data initiatives and data platform migration efforts. This role will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear requirements, effective communication, and successful delivery of data and analytics projects.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Manage end-to-end delivery of sales data and analytics initiatives;
Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Product, Pricing, and Demand Planning;
Translate business needs into actionable requirements for BI and data engineering teams;
Coordinate development work related to CRM integration, data platform migration, and analytics solutions;
Facilitate communication between business users, engineers, and data architects;
Validate data outputs and ensure deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards;
Manage project timelines, priorities, and risks;
Support QA activities and ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity;
Maintain clear documentation including requirements, project artifacts, and user documentation.
IF YOU ARE
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid PM/BA roles in data or analytics projects;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
Experience working with data platforms, analytics teams, or BI environments;
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements;
Familiarity with data warehousing and data pipelines concepts;
Experience supporting CRM or enterprise system integrations (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus);
Strong organizational and documentation skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams with 6+ hours overlap with US time zones.
