- Ability to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Experience with trucking insurance is a plus
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
