• Oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in complex billing cycles and compliance with bespoke customer agreements. • Identify bottlenecks in the billing workflow and partner with the Finance Lead to design and implement automated solutions within NetSuite/QuickBooks. • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring billing discrepancies and implement permanent process fixes while communicating with leadership on the context of the issues. • Audit and validate customer agreements to ensure financial data integrity before account creation. • Create customer accounts and process sensitive financial data accurately. • Identify bottlenecks in the customer creation workflow and partner with the Finance Lead to design and implement automated solutions within NetSuite/QuickBooks and other softwares such as HubSpot, SpotDraft, etc. • Manage high-priority or complex customer financial inquiries, translating technical issues into clear, professional communication. • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to resolve structural billing hurdles for clients. • Maintain the integrity of the customer master data, ensuring clean reporting for Senior Management. • Support the Customer Finance Lead in ad-hoc projects, including ERP migrations, system integrations (AP/AR tools), and the creation of standardized training documentation for future team growth.
