• Own and process all accounts payable, including vendor invoices, bill payments, and payment runs as well as assist with cash management • Manage RAMP corporate credit card transactions, including review, coding, and reconciliation • Process employee reimbursements through Zoho and ensure proper documentation and approvals • Administer ApprovalMax workflows, ensuring invoices and reimbursements are properly approved and documented • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts on a routine basis • Perform basic general ledger reconciliations related to AP, cash, and prepaid expenses • Assist with petty cash controls and tracking, including international locations • Work closely with international employees and vendors, supporting payments across multiple countries and currencies • Proactively communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, discrepancies, or delays • Complete end of year 1099s and donation tax receipts
