• Own and deliver on the long-term marketing plans and execute them operating with a high degree of independence • Manage multi-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across functions such as Sales, Product, Brand, Events marketing functions • Support the development and timely execution of the marketing campaigns as per the strategic plan • Track campaign performance and compile reports for the same • Work with product and design teams to develop and maintain sales deck, brochures, one-pagers, datasheets, and other product collateral • Execute key conference, congress presence with plan for utilisation of KoLs and winning narratives and growth initiatives around trade marketing events and conferences • Assist in updating and maintaining website content in collaboration with cross functional teams • Support the Director with research, competitor tracking, and ad-hoc marketing projects as needed
