Job Description

• Develop the technical solution for functional requirements. • Deliver valuable, working, tested, quality software released at market speed. • Collaborate directly and continuously with the Agile team to deliver business requirements. • Perform detailed technical discovery, identifying problem areas, technical and business requirements, and as-is and future state scenarios. • Design and develop contact center voice channel applications that are hosted on agent desktops and the Google Cloud Portal. • Understand the depth of user stories and provide accurate estimates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Using Jenkins for Site Reliability Engineering workflows as well as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure that changes are incorporated into shipping software and deployed correctly. 2. Translating business design requirements into functional technical specifications. 3. Using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular J to implement scalable, stateful web services and client-side business logic. 4. Using Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) to implement layout styling of web applications.
  • 3 years of experience with the following skill is required: 1. Using REST API and API Gateways to ensure that data and services are available internally and externally via the internet.
