We’re hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team.

About the role

Handspring is a mission-driven, early-stage healthcare organization.

  • Facilitate group case consultations and lead team meetings to promote collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing

  • Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation to maintain best practices

  • Ensure therapists' compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards

  • Provide on-call risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating basis) for complex or crisis situations

  • Mentor and support therapists in their professional growth

  • Participate in quality assurance efforts, including regular chart audits and outcome measurements

  • Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement new evidence-based treatment approaches and programs

What we’re looking for

  • Licensed mental health professional with at least 10 years post-license experience providing psychotherapy, including 6+ years specifically in pediatric mental health

  • Experience with supervision and risk management in pediatric outpatient setting

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license ( LCSW, LPCC, LMFTs, PsyD, PhD)

  • Ability to work independently with an interest in collaboration and learning

  • Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools

  • Extensive knowledge of CBT. Experience with other evidence-based models, such as DBT and/or behavioral parenting support & training is a plus.

  • Experience supporting therapists in assessing and managing mild to moderate risk

  • Experience treating children, adolescents, and/or young adults with a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioral challenges, and other diagnoses of childhood and adolescence

Position details

  • Full-time, remote position

  • The salary range is $100,000 - $115,000; equity in Handspring

  • You must be based in the United States and have U.S. work authorization
