• Concept, design, and execute performance-driven creative for paid social, display, video, email, and landing pages • Independently produce static ads and short-form video for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display • Translate performance data and A/B test results into clear creative iterations • Collaborate with internal paid acquisition stakeholders to align creative with audiences, offers, and funnel goals • Ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines while adapting to platform-specific best practices • Coordinate and collaborate with designers or freelancers as needed • Stay current on emerging ad formats, creative trends, and platform changes, proactively testing new approaches • Ensure all creative deliverables meet high standards for performance, quality, and clarity.
