The SMB Account Executive will manage a full portfolio of accounts and leverage our platform tools to drive sales, retention, and growth. This role focuses on a segmented portion of the business within the SMB market, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customers maximize value from our solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts.
· Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
· Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecast, and performance.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
· Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
· Experience managing SMB accounts and navigating the full sales cycle.
· Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with CRM systems is a plus (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc)
· Ability to analyze account performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
· Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling SaaS products.
