Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Destination Specialist to curate high-end, bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients. This role is ideal for someone with a deep knowledge of luxury destinations, premium travel services, and a passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove service.
As a Luxury Destination Specialist, you will design personalized itineraries featuring exclusive resorts, private villas, first-class flights, VIP experiences, and unique cultural encounters. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every aspect of your client’s journey exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with high-end clients to understand travel preferences, lifestyle, and expectations
- Design customized luxury travel itineraries (honeymoons, private retreats, VIP getaways, group travel)
- Recommend and book luxury accommodations, private transportation, and curated experiences
- Coordinate premium services such as private guides, yacht charters, and concierge-level amenities
- Maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers, hotels, and destination partners
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends, exclusive openings, and high-end experiences
- Handle special requests, upgrades, and last-minute changes with discretion and efficiency
- Provide exceptional pre-travel and in-travel support
- Ensure a seamless, stress-free client experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury travel and high-end customer service
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Knowledge of global luxury destinations and cultures
- Proficiency with booking tools and CRM systems is a plus
