• Interpret protocols from a financial perspective • Develop clinical trial budgets, negotiate pricing, and present budget proposals to executive management • Create new budgets in Excel based upon Sarah Cannon cost and charge information • Analyze each clinical trial protocol to provide a detailed counteroffer to the Sponsor's initial budget • Negotiate budgets with Sponsors/CROs to achieve favorable results • Maintain and effectively communicate budget statuses to executive management • Proactively communicate with clinical staff to clarify protocol specifics and budget nuances
