Job Description

• Work with Development and Product Management to design and deliver new functionality. • Perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues. • Partner with software engineers to produce and roll out fixes. • Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services. • Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company. • Work in an agile operations framework, balancing sprint-based work with daily operational needs. • Participate in on-call rotation with 12 hours shifts.

Job Requirements

Hands-on experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Azure building and running production workloads.
Production experience of managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes.
Expert in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
Programming skills in C# and .NET.
Solid experience with observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
Developed SLOs for SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
Designed and implemented load testing of distributed systems.
