This role involves leading the development of advanced analytics and AI/ML models, focusing on market share modeling, macroeconomic forecasting, and financial modeling, while working end-to-end on analytics projects from data preparation to deployment and governance. The Senior Data Scientist will also serve as an internal consultant, champion responsible AI practices, and mentor junior team members.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to estimate channel contributions, alongside developing and analyzing geo-experiments to measure marketing incrementality and validate MMM outputs. Responsibilities also include building measurement infrastructure, prototyping with AI agents, and translating complex findings into clear budget recommendations for stakeholders.

Fellows will support a federal data analytics project by performing data collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysis, while also supporting the development of dashboards and visualizations. They will also assist with statistical programming using Python and/or R and support lightweight prototype development.

Key responsibilities involve executing analytical experiments, researching and applying state-of-the-art artificial intelligence methods and statistical models, and identifying relevant data sources for client needs. Analysts will also process data, develop predictive/prescriptive models using machine learning, and clearly document and present findings to stakeholders.
