• Reviewing SSVF case files and program documentation to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or patterns that may indicate financial, compliance, or operational concerns • Conducting investigative analysis of grantee activities rather than simply performing checklist-style compliance reviews • Performing detailed analysis using large and complex Excel workbooks to identify trends, anomalies, and performance indicators • Building pivot tables and performing structured data analysis to support findings and recommendations • Evaluating whether grantees are delivering appropriate supportive services in alignment with VA program guidance • Documenting findings clearly and developing evidence-based conclusions and recommendations • Proactive and timely discussion of site visit concerns with the team leadership and clients including potential or reported fraud, waste, and abuse • Proactive and timely discussion of complex or difficult findings with grantee leadership while maintaining professionalism, clarity, and support for program improvement • Participating in team discussions to share insights, trends, and lessons learned across grantees • Helping foster collaboration and community within the Ibility SSVF review team to ensure knowledge sharing and mutual support
