Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in small business accounting, client accounting services, or similar
- Strong understanding of financial statements and how they connect to business performance
- Experience working directly with clients and explaining financials
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Comfort with technology and curiosity to learn new tools
- Strong communication skills. You can make complex things feel simple.
