• Understanding the customer's business processes and requirements, and analyzing how the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module can be leveraged to support those processes effectively. • Designing and configuring solutions within the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module to meet the customer's requirements. • Preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users. • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SOM or SAP CRM processes, including resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Managing Project Backlog, timely identifying risks and change requests. • Working collaboratively with other functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. • Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAP SOM or SAP CRM functionality and best practices, and proactively sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
