Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain with focus on demand forecasting
- 10+ years of experience in business architecture, customer-facing leadership, or related data science/analytics leadership roles
- MBA or equivalent business degree and a background in a quantitative field such as, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related science discipline
- Proven success in driving strategic initiatives and a track record of delivering business-critical forecasting, analytics, and automation
- Highly aligned with organizational values, passionate about driving business transformation, and motivated to foster innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience in modeling and analysis: forecasting, time series, NLP, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and experimentation
- Experience with coding (R, SQL, Python) and/or other query tools (Hyperion), cloud computing and GenAI tools (ChatGPT)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to deliver technical documentation and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
