• Own the design, development, and scaling of integrations with major cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare) that support mission-critical observability use cases. • Collaborate with product management, customer success, and solution architects to define integration strategy, technical requirements, and roadmaps. • Design and evolve ingestion and processing pipelines that handle large-scale metrics, logs, and events with high performance and resilience. • Establish best practices for integration security, scalability, and reliability. • Troubleshoot complex integration issues across distributed environments, partnering directly with enterprise customers when needed. • Stay current on emerging technologies, identify opportunities for product differentiation, and drive adoption of innovative integration patterns. • Create technical design documents, reference architectures, and implementation guides for internal and external audiences. • Provide mentorship, conduct code/design reviews, and help raise the technical bar for the team.
