Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline or two years’ experience with installation, hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical and controls infrastructure.
- Minimum five years’ additional experience with installation, hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical and controls infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and controls system principles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to complete work accurately.
- Strong analytical skills for preparing technical documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and pressure.
- Capable of planning and delegating work when needed.
- Able to work effectively in both remote and on-site environments with strong self-motivation and proactive problem-solving.
- Commitment to safety requirements and ability to obtain NFPA 70E and/or OSHA certifications.
- Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve operations.
