Job Description

• Proactively reach out by phone to potential construction partners, project developers and commercial clients (B2B) • Build new contacts and identify construction and renovation projects • Acquire new referral partners for our construction network • Qualify prospects and projects during initial conversations • Schedule meetings for our account management team • Build a continuous sales pipeline through active phone prospecting • Document calls and contacts in the CRM system

Job Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment or in telephone-based prospecting
  • Enjoy building new relationships and conducting proactive conversations
  • Hunter mentality and a results-oriented working style
  • Independent, freelance working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Industry experience in construction is not required
