Job Requirements
- 3+ years of technical project management experience in software development environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremony facilitation
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar)
- Excellent note-taking and ability to distill stakeholder conversations into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with engineers, Product Owners, and clients
- Self-starter who proactively identifies problems and seeks solutions
- Eager to learn and develop judgment on complex delivery decisions.
