• Act as a conduit between clients and Quadax • Assist clients with setup, some implementation, and daily operations of the Quadax software • Train staff on product features and everyday use • Read reports and identify billing trends for clients • Present clients with additional products and features • Contact different insurance payers to research reasons why claims did not pay • Assist clients in writing custom data converts and testing upon implementation • Other duties as assigned
