Job Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with corporate objectives. • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members. • Coordinate the onboarding process for new sales hires, focusing on sales-related responsibilities. • Collaborate with team members to develop and manage budgets. • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans. • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to improve operational efficiency. • Gather and analyze feedback from the sales team to identify tool and resource needs. • Participate in the recruitment and interview process for open sales positions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field (or applicable experience)
  • 10+ Years of technical sales experience
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in industrial automation or sensor technologies.
  • Existing relationships with key Industrial OEM and Distribution customers
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, SAP
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the Western U.S.
