• Leads end-to-end onboarding efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, connector configuration, workflow development, and deployment. • Performs detailed entitlement analysis, access mapping, and attribute modeling to ensure applications are accurately represented within the IAM ecosystem. • Configures and validates provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and lifecycle event processes while troubleshooting advanced issues related to connectivity, schema discovery, and rule execution. • Collaborates closely with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations meet functional, security, and compliance standards. • Provides mentorship to junior team members, contributes to onboarding best practices, and maintains comprehensive technical documentation.
